We just bought our house. Only problem is we had a couple small tenants who refused to pay rent (Mice). Robby was quick to respond and explained everything professionally before he carried out the treatment. He surveyed the entire property and even took his time to explain to us what could be welcoming mats for our new friends. Called them for a rodent problem and they responded right away and came the next day. The service man was very informative and honest and assured me they would take care of the infestation.

We had a great experience with this pest control company! Robbie came out to take care of a honey bee infestation, and Erick handled the treatment for our cave cricket problem. Both of them were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They explained everything clearly and made us feel confident in the process. Since their visit, we haven’t seen a single bee or any new cave crickets. Highly recommend their services if you’re dealing with pests!

I had a yellow jacket problem. Bustabug had someone to my house the very next day. Cowan was great. He analyzed the problem, got a quote, sprayed all the necessary places and was done very quickly. The price was quite reasonable. While he was telling me to monitor the area for 10 days in case it needed another treatment, I noticed his eyes kept looking up at a spot underneath my roof overhang. Well, he had spotted another small spot where a few yellow jackets were going in under a gutter. I didn’t even know about it. He gave that spot a dose at no extra charge. I won’t hesitate to hire them again.

Rob from Bustabug is so helpful and kind! He was the only one to answer me when I called many other pest control companies to get rid of carpenter bees. He even came back out a second time today just to check as we saw a few bees days prior. We will definitely be using this company for life ❤️

We contacted bustabug pest control for a bee problem we had this year and Rob responded quickly and took care of it within an hour! I was worried it would take more than one visit since it was in a hard to reach spot within the walls of my home. However, Rob took care of it and the bees were gone by night that day. He was very reasonable in the price he gave us for removing two hives. He was friendly and professional during the entire visit. I highly recommended calling him.

I recently contacted Bustabug for an ongoing animal problem I was experiencing in my attic. Rob responded to me quickly and was able to come to my home and address the issue with ease. I was extremely happy with not only how quickly he addressed my problem, but how informative he was in preventing future issues. We were incredibly pleased with Bustabug Pest Control! Rob (owner) was very professional. We called him on a Sunday and he immediately scheduled us for a Tuesday morning appointment for our wasp issue. As soon as he arrived, he inspected the issue and worked right away to remedy it. We cannot say enough amazing things about Robert Jordan. He scheduled us for 2:00 pm this afternoon but showed up at 10:00 am to remove a yellow jacket nest from our ceiling/bedroom wall. He was more than prompt, courteous, and overall a very nice individual. Highly recommended!

Look no further Rob is the solution! I noticed tiny black worms inside the corner of my shower. I tried a few things to get rid of them nothing worked, they kept moving and coming back. I got lucky on the third company I called because Rob picked up right away. I was relieved to finally speak to someone who was knowledgeable and the owner. Instead of some unknowledgeable answering service which cannot bring any type of plan, solution or peace. He is fantastic! Rob came right away and I haven’t seen one tiny black worm since. I called him a second time to help me get rid of all the different type of bees that swarmed my front and back yard bringing my son to tears when he had to exit either way. Rob sent Cowen. Cowen is knowledgeable, respectful, hard working and patient. To date, my son is able to go in and out without stress. What can be said about Rob other than he is the old school real deal.
